Giant Recreation World no integrity or backing of poor job ormond beach Dflorida

This will be short and to the point. Sales was good. Finance added Gap Coverage to my loan for $3000 without my permission. I bought a slightly older unit, had a appliance check and safety check. Well they checked to see if the appliances were there, and that is all. The water heater, ice maker, leveling jacks, monitor panel, and outside faucet were not working or broken. I took my motorhome on  6 mile ride to the campground and called them with issues. I was told to bring it in after my stay. The jacks would not come up and the service advisor Kevin told me it is not his job to help customer's, that he is just a service advisor. Hmmmm, you would think he would advise me what to do. Anyway they were awesome and came and picked up my unit to het serviced.

They actually charged me over $150 to pick it up. They went through the long list of things that were wrong at delivery and was told that it will be over $1000 now to fix appliances and the  other deficiencies. Also they will not fix the ABS when the light was on at delivery. I understand it is a used motorhome and that I would have to fix things, and I did. Small things that are not safety issues. A broken blind, and a leaky faucet, but please a water heater and ice maker not working, then being told it is my responsibility. Well the price of the coach was fair and I really like it. I decided to go to Camping World or another  dealer to take m money if I need service. They took advantage of me and my family enough already Profit is not a dirty word and I expect to pay, but not for things that should have been done at the onset.
