I too have been ripped off by gibson trust. before I started with them , our payments to our creditors were made on time and our credit history was good, now we owe more money than when we started in this program and after reading about what other people are going thru, have decided to stop sending them my money and pay my creditors myself.
if any body has an consolidation company that they trust please let me know.I also would be interested in a class action lawsuit against gibson trust.

We have been able to determine from helpful tips from our readers that an investigator has been identified in the Florida AG's Office, Shana Shakoff, 954-712-4600 ext. 4742.
If you have specific information about the continuation of unprincipled business practices, please be sure to post them on this website also, as several law enforcement agencies are involved in the investigation of this business.

I too have been ripped off. I would also be interested in a class action law suit. I already filed a small claims suit against them. Anyone interested in filing a small claims suit should do so filing against Gibson Trust, Inc c/o Donnna O'Toole, 126 Northeast 19th Ave, Pompano Beach, Fl 33060. Court summons to that area are through the following: B.S.O.

Ft. Lauderdale, Fl 33301
Cost to send summons is $25.00, plus what ever your local court charges. This should save alot of research for someone and I hope it helps. I want to nail theses crooks, and I'll help anyone else in the process.
