To answer your question (Sparky in Warrenburgh). Do NOT give up. I suggest you srite to the United States Bankruptcy Court located at 299 E. Broward Blvd. Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33301 and request a proof of claim. Don't wait. After speaking with the attorney that will handle this, he says that he will be sending notices to all the people that were working with Gibson. I wouldn't wait. The court will send you what you need. The case number is 0228937.

Second- Get the necessary paperwork from the attorney general in Florida. The address and info are all over some of the previous posts.

Don't think for a minute these scumbags have stopped their fraudulent ways. There are still a number of websites out there and they are still at it. I am sure they are feeling some heat and pressure as more and more of us keep digging. There are a number of people that hopefully will come forward with information. The more the better. Dont give up. I won't stop until justice is served. I will continue to track these bastards and stop in at any office I can when I am in S. Florida.
