Gift Rocket Jake Douglas Fraud, No response to my emails. Nicolas Baum, Jonathan Pines, Kapil Kale Mountain View California

A person sent me money on two occasions totaling approx. $1,100 dollars sent to Gift Rocket which accepts the funds and are used as a gift card which can be transferred to a paypal account which is the method I chose.  Money going to paypal the company Gift Rocket promises the money to be in your paypal account in one business day.  After the 4th. business day and still no money in my paypal account from GiftRocket.com  I tried to contact them via email and they did not respond to any of my 4 emails until I threatened to go after them for fraud.  

The then responded to me and the entire reesponse was: " The transaction was canceled"  that was it no other details.  The money still not in my paypal account and the money sent was verified so that leaves Gift Rocket still holding the funds.  Gift Rocket still refusing to tell me where the money is, stating that would be a breach of their security policy.  B.S.  This company is commiting fraud and keeping money sent by family/friends to Gift Rocket to be used as a gift card.  I am now going to file a report with the District Attorney where they are located which is Mountain View, Calif.  also contact the local BBB and file a complaint.  Possibly even the local news station and hopefully give the publicity they deserve!!!

Do not use this company, buyer beware.
