Police Report has been filed against Mary Higgins (her information below) in January, 2015 for making false reports in 2014 on Marlene Mendoza, bullying and she was sending abusive emails to Mendoza’s company using contact form which included profanity, obscenity, threats of violence and false statements.  The sheriff’s dept now has the file on Mary Higgins.  Any reports make on Marlene Mendoza – are made up reports from this individual Mary Higgins to retaliate against Marlene Mendoza!!

MARY HIGGINS aka used alternate false name in report a false name.  Mary is of Company IMPROVE YOUR IMAGE She made a false report on Rip-off Report or had someone do it in order to come to my site and put on the contact form for me to contact her so she her co. can charge me $149.00 a month to help give positive image. We never took $50,000.00 from anyone that Higgins (using false name) has stated on other reports.  Plus all the further accusations from other co’s are made up false reports all by the same person using fake names again to retaliate against Marlene Mendoza.  Another internet crime report has been filed against Mary Higgins January, 2015 by Marlene Mendoza for making false reports.  We have proof emails that she states in writing she’ll be making or made false reports against Marlene Mendoza.  

As a matter of fact, the owner Mendoza owns copyright to films on imdb.com or in partnership agreements.  These businesses (Mary Higgin’s company) did the same thing to Legal Shield making false reports so you can hire them to help give positive images. It's odd how the report was just made right when we got her email in 2014. The report is not true. Mary Higgins is from Alva Florida.

The person or company had someone make a false report on companies in order to then send the business an offer to help give positive business for $150.00 a month. It's a scam and a scheme to get Gilt Entertainment or other entertainment companies to hire their company.  

It is considered bullying and it's a false report of ripoff report.  The company has been doing this to many businesses in order to force them into hiring them to clear the ripoff reports.  They are ripping off thousands from business owners using this technique and bullying them. 

Bullying with untrue remarks is illegal.  This talk about class action.  There's no class action.  Actors are coming to us to be on our projects.  It's the other way around, we are rejecting those not qualified.  This is either a disgruntled actor or jealous person seeking to destroy one's reputation.  

We have over 600 references that are very happy working with us. We have over 30 companies we are publishers for and affiliated with that are very pleased with our sales and marketing.

The figures and accusations are made up figure and again it's to intimidate and bully. There may be freedom of speech but there's laws against bullying, spamming, bait and switch - posting nasty post so we can order their services to help remove it with them making thousands. It's a con game to get us to hire them. 

Why would a person spend so much time putting information on imdb.com?  It's to help give credibility to actors and people involved in projects. It's totally false how to make false ones. Why would someone even do that?  What does that tell you about the person making these false accusations up?

Completely A False Report by a company just so we can hire them to help give a positive image. They're using this method to scam money from Gilt Entertainment or other organizations. The report is completely false.  Never was $50,000.00 taken from anyone. Never asked anyone for $50,000.00 especially by the name of Sharon. Sharon is probably mad she didn't get hired on a project and is retaliating. Whatever the reason it's all lies.

This company below had someone make a false report or they did it themselves because right after the report was written this was sent to our contact form at our company.  It's a scam to get you to use their services.  They try to scam us into paying them $149.00 a month to improve our reputation. We don't need to do this we have a good reputation. Also, check out Naymz and see we have over 600 referrels and references. Gilt Entertainment has never taken $50,000.00 from anyone especially with the name of Sharon. We've had known no person by the name of Sharon ever!  It's a total scam.  They've done the same thing to Harvard Risk Management Group.  Whover made the report is lying!!!
