Gladius Investments Corporation, Inc. Maximus Holdings, LLC Silver Bullion Investment goes sour; no one to contend with to recover $20 thousand! Disappearing act, hedging the bullion and now wants validity. Pompano Beach Florida

In the year 2006 or 07, I invested $20 thousand in Silver Bullion with Gladius Investments Corp..Last year, one of the partners , who had insisted I invest in his company, came doggedly over to me and another investor and claimed that his
partner had hedged all the money and not used his stops and had lost all. Last year his partner sent out a letter claiming that it was not his fault, JPMorgan was to blame and that he was back in business trying to make back the money he
had lost his investors. He offered anyone 15% or their investment money back if they cared to bail out, and another form to sign in case anyone wanted to try and make their investment back and stay with Gladius. It was a Hold Harmless and
General Release Agreement.

So far I have found the company to consistently prove to be very shady, unavailable and unprofessional in their commitment to their investors. There is no one held accountable.
There is a part time accountant that he hired who is with another company, very busy and not able to explain much. Since the company letter sent out August of 2010, nothing more has been offered in explanation or consideration. Their new website has just a flat one page reference to Kitco report and a Login for investors where they give you the 15% amount of what your account is worth to them and what it is making now as of that amount they hold. I all still seems like a front to me. Heard mention of an assistant named Daphne. Heard that Anthony Zito, the owner, spends most of his time offshore, England and Belize is what I was told last year, and theres actually no one running this business or responsible for the Investors.
