This company sold me a fuel pump on Ebay.  Part was defective, left negative feedback about the seller.  Seller contacted me and promised to refund me in full without returning the part if I promised to change my feedback from negative to positive.  Changed feedback, and then at this point the company went back on promise and refused my refund.  Submitted case to Paypal where seller told me it was "my problem with a bad mechanic, and they sell fuel pumps that are never defective." 

First of all, claiming that no automotive parts are ever bad or defective is a outright lie.  No company sells products that work 100% of the time.  Secondly, they contacted me and made a promise to refund in full if I changed my feedback, I did, they then backed out and ignored my messages and used stall tactics and deceit to do everything they could to not give me my money back.  Their parts are truly the cheapest on Ebay.  

But please, if you are thinking about doing business with them, don't!  You will save a little money compared to other companies, but God help you if you get a bad part, need a exchange, or need any kind of customer service, because they will do anything to go back on it!  They promise a lifetime warranty, what a joke!  If their products never fail why would they even need such a thing?!   This company is a complete and total scam job that does not stand by it's product in any way, shape, or form.
