I own a Store that specializes in Fuel Pumps, I bought many fuel pumps from Global Automotive during a period of 4-5 months this year, and I can say that Chevy fuel pumps are most of them defective, they work during a certain period of time (2-3 months) and then they fail. I also sold a fuel pump module for a Dodge Caravan from Global Automotive and it did not work, I sent the pump back to the vendor and Kevin (The owner) told me that the pump had good pressure and they returned to fuel pump to me, I received it this afternoon, I tested and yes, it has good pressure but low fuel flow, this makes the pump defective; there is also another defect, the module has a broken gasket which results in a fuel leak, I LOST my money with this vendor.

I have a fuel pump tester and all fuel pumps from Global Automotive that I got back from my customers showed low pressure and fuel flow.

Please do not buy from Global Automotive, they sell CHEAP fuel pumps, I stopped selling from them because of this, they do not honor their warranty either, this is fraud and all buyers should know this.

DO NOT BUY FROM GLOBAL AUTOMOTIVE

The fuel pump has good pressure but low fuel flow, I also noticed that it has a broken gasket inside, this is another defect
For your information, I filed a rip-off report on http://www.ripoffreport.com, I noticed that I was not the firs one, that should mean something.
By the way, all your chevy pumps stopped working in 2 months, good thing is that I only gave one month warranty on those cheap pumps.
Stop selling cheap pumps.

Dear Valued Customer,

My tech tested the fuel pump and it reaches 95.8psi, which is more than enough to run any Chrysler vehicle. The fuel pump you returned is in perfect working order.

Where address should we send this back to?

Thank you,
Management

Dear Valued Customer,

I will send you a new one today.

What was the paypal transaction ID # for this purchase, so I can look it up?

I also see that there is an open invoice for the 5 MU1089 fuel pump modules you requested at the old price. Do you still need these pumps?

Thank you,
Kevin

GUILLERMO IS DISHONEST

AUTHOR: Kevin - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, November 06, 2009

I am the owner of GA and we have been in the fuel systems business for over 12 years. All of my fuel pumps are 100% ISO9001 certified. I have also spent a lot of money in testing equipment over the years that my techs use to test each fuel pump in accordance with GA's quality control assurance agreement. The testing equipment we use runs fuel through the fuel pump and assembly testing all parameters including: fuel pressure, flow (gallons per hour), volts, amps, and even noise level (dB). Guillermo Bermudez purchased several fuel pumps from GA over a short period of time. He placed several orders with us that went unpaid. He constantly evades our phone calls, which is now disconnected. I was never contacted about any problems. I later found out that Guillermo is a mule that ships auto parts to Mexico third party from AZ. Guillermo is simply writing this report in an attempt to defame my company since many of his customers now buy directly from GA. GA places a warranty slip inside the box with the part with our name and contact info. This is not the first time that Guillermo Bermudez does this, so I will be persuing legal punitive damages within Miami-Dade county. Thanks...Kevin
