WARNING TO ANY HONEST INVESTOR - DO NOT let GLOBAL BULLION TRADING GROUP, Inc. (GBTG), or anyone working with them or the people mentioned below, talk you into investing with them. It is unfortunate that the people of GLOBAL BULLION TRADING GROUP feel that the ONLY WAY THEY CAN MAKE A LIVING is by RIPPING HONEST PEOPLE OFF.
Invested in silver in October, 2005 after checking BBB, Rip-Off Report, etc with assurance of good money management, call backs, etc through Steve Zaicek, New York office. Began getting pressure calls from Zaicek about opportunity to invest more, but must be done immediately. Felt uncomfortable, as we said from beginning wanted to invest initial amount without a lot of trades and would invest more only after seeing profit.

NOV '05 TRansferred to Angela Bean, Florida office and authorized one trade into Palladium. Made clear no more trades or investments until profit seen
DEC 05 started phoning Florida office, as we had no reports of our portfolio and no word from Angela Bean. Sent emails and made 3-4 calls per month to Angela, with no replies for 5 months. Always told she was in a meeting and would call back.

Filed COMPLAINT with BBB in April '06 and finally was put through to Carlos Rodriguez at Miami office. He told us he was notified of report with BBB. Never received promised return phone calls and finally put through to Tony Zito, Director CAM. Said they were sending check equaling a fraction of initial investment even though metals were trading higher than ever before. Told it was OUR FAULT FOR NOT INVESTING MORE WITH THEM and we shouldn't have made so many trades. We were shocked as we had only authorized ONE TRADE into palladium. Tony Zito LAUGHED at us and said it is THEIR WORD AGAINST OURS and that WE WOULD NEVER WIN, THE CUSTOMER NEVER WINS, WE ALWAYS WIN. We asked them to show us proof that these trades had been authorized by us, which they have no proof. The so-called check they said they sent was never sent and they have no proof of sending it(tracking number).

Since April '06, they have given us a continuous RUN AROUND of lies and false promises.
Sought LEGAL ACTION against them in DEC '06, and since then have been given the same run around and false stories.
Promises of completion, offering up to nearly half of the investment back, ETC.
FEB '07 They faxed us a copy of the check from April '06 that was never sent and the amount of which is based on their UN AUTHORIZED TRADES. We were also TOLD by FRED GOMER in ADMINISTRATION that NO ONE REGULATES THEM and if we seek any FURTHER LEGAL ACTION, it will cost us more than we invested.

Contacted BBB and there ARE 19 COMPLAINTS AGAINST GBTG and they now have an UNSATISFACTORY RECORD with the BUREAU. Added to this, the BBB file states that they are NOT a MEMBER of the BBB, but HAVE BEEN USING the BBB NAME and Logo in their online advertising, which constitutes FALSE and DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING and TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT.

GBTG is licensed by City Business Tax who referred us to City Consumer Services & DEPT of FINANCIAL SERVICES, where GBTG is being INVESTIGATED.

PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD that GLOBAL BULLION TRADING GROUP(GBTG) & THEIR ASSOCIATES are SCAMMING anyone they can get to trust them out of their hard earned dollars. THEY WILL BE YOUR MOST CARING,ATTENTIVE BROKER UNTIL THEY KNOW THEY CAN'T GET ANY MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU!
