Global Management One - Affordable Rentals Northwest When People Can Lie to your Face It is Sad and Needs to STOP Seattle, Washington

I responded to a CraigsList as about this company and was told and given the impression that with my bad credit and Felony Conviction they would find me a Suitable house for rent and get me into the house with very little hassle.  I spoke with Terrance who promptly sat me down and handed me some paperwork to fill out and told me if I was looking for something as simple as a 3 bedroom house to fit just my kids, and I did not need anything special, he could get me in the house the next day.  He required me to pay 250.00 for a list of homes and said he WORKS with landlords who accept people with less then perfect credit.

I told him I did not have the whole 250.00 I only had 195.00 in cash.  He walked out of the room to talk to the boss and came back.  He said he could take the 195.00 as a special deal.  So he handed me a list of homes with about 50 front and back pages of address that are suppose to be available for rent.  So my wife and I drove around for 2 hours that night Looking at 11 houses.  Not a single house in these was available to rent.  They all had people living in them.  We confronted Terrance the next day and he said all the houses on the list are not solicited, all the landlords contact his company to be put on this list.

We eventually got a hold of 2 landowners on this list who said they have never heard of this company before the phone call they got to show us the house.  They have never contacted Them in anyway or have any arrangements with them to help people with credit problems get into there homes. 

So this company is falsely advertising that they can Help get bad credit people in homes for rent. Affordable rentals is Falsely advertising that they are affiliated with these land owners and Refusing a refund due to a contract being signed.
