DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The company contacted me and gave me a quote based on the information I gave them with the number of pieces I needed to move. I had to pay a deposit through PayPal, which I thought was very unprofessional. When the movers came and loaded my furniture I was given a bill more than twice the quote and I had less furniture than I originally told them. My quote $2000.00, after loading 4770.00!!! They loaded the truck on a day it was torrentially raining leaving boxes and furniture in the rain while they re-arranged the truck. My furniture went into storage and was moved less than a month later to my new place in NC from Texas. I was told my things would be at my house on a Wednesday but didn't arrive until Sunday at 6:20 Pm. I live in a Condo and the HOA rule is no noise after 7pm but the driver told me I would be charged an extra $500.00 if they didn't unload then. It took them a hour to get to my things in the truck and what I was told would be a 2 hour situation turned out to be over 6 hours because there were only two men. Remember the torrential rain? When my boxes were brought in they were crushed and falling apart. I have so much damage it is unbelievable. They only put my bed together, left everything else unassembled . They lost all the hardware to put the tables together. The man bringing the boxes could not read English and as a result none of the boxes were put in the right place. I have talked with a man named Kevin who has been less than accomodating. He can't understand simple concepts and is argumentative and rude. Researching this company I have found they have changed names 4 times. I call all and the first two numbers were disconnected. The third rang to the new name. The woman who answered the phone had never heard of the prior company.
