This company has a training facility located at 1026 W. Central Blvd. but was closed down for not paying their rent? They claim they are BICSI and FOA Certified but upon checking with BICSI and FOA they are not a certified training facility. So the scheme of cheating starts. They train individuals coming from CareerSource Florida for 2 weeks as Voice Data and Video Technician, after 2 weeks they will send students as trainee to different commercial or residential "projects" but in reality these are their clients or contracts. As a trainee the trainer is not there but the owner/manager Marion Peterson will "supervise" no not supervise just commands you to do what he wants without teaching or actually training the trainees.

The bad thing is they are sending trainees to their own contracts, it means they are making money from this contracts. They let the students work til night time or even at weekends. The owner/manager con supervisor Marion Peterson will get angry if you can work at the said time. The thing is he is also a Pastor, using God as his excuse to his dominant behavior of commanding even threatening students of not getting good recommendation if you dont follow his orders.

Now the scheme is getting started by letting students know they were hired by his company. Even saying everyone is in their payroll and the students need to be on time from 9am every morning Monday to Friday to serve him from his personal projects. At start they will pay you some money under the table in cash or sometimes with their personal checks, even treat you with some snacks taken from expired breads from Panera. After doing some work with them for about a week or more, they wont pay you for the work you have done. The reason that they will tell you is that they are just sub-contractor and the general contractor is not paying them. So when you complain of not getting paid they will just fire you without you getting your wage. And they will continue hiring new students or any other unsuspecting job hunters with the false promise of high paying and regular job. Oh I forgot to tell they won't pay any insurance for their so called employees which is required by law for low-voltage and construction workers.

FYI It took me a lot of begging and going to the news just to get the payment I deserved from them. As of now I heard they are still doing the same thing to students and other unsuspecting job hunters. Beware of the sweet words from Marion Peterson.

What a scheme. They front as a Christian loving Pastor and Ministry. To avoid taxes?
