I received a call this morning and they asked my name, which I verified. David Barnes said that he was calling on behalf of Global Publishers Sweepstakes and I was this month's winner of half a million dollars! I thought, well, imagine that! I don't remember entering! He told me that I should have received a notice in the mail 2 weeks ago. So, now I was to send a western union or money gram in the amount of $500 to merchant: Andre James, Montego Bay, Jamaica WI....I told him that he would have to understand my non-belief...he said all winners feel that way and now hurry and send the money so I don't have to pay storage fees! I told him that if I won that much money why the $500? He indicated this was for attorney fees and the Federal Trade Company...I told him, well, just take the fees out of my winnings!!! Oh, no, he said, they could not do that. Ready for this? Wasn't legal!!!! I rest my case!
