Glovesaver.com is a huge ripoff, No Goods, No Refund Phoenix Arizona

I ordered some latex gloves through this company with paypal. They told me after several calls & emails that they were back ordered.

After a month of no gloves, I emailed them and asked for a refund. It took another 15 days to get a reply. They said no problem they would send a refund.

Well Feb 2 was when I first placed the order it is now April 22 2009' I have called them about 15 times, I get a recording at the costumer service #, they won't answer my emails, they won't call me back.

So I turned them in to BBB in phoenix, they would not reply to them either so BBB informed me there is nothing they can do.

I then contacted Paypal and they told me that there is nothing they can do because it had been over 45 days.

I think this company new the rules of paypal (hince) the backorder for 35 days then the runaround on a refund for another month.
