Go Green Home Services Gutter Glove of Michigan unable to deliver on services promised multiple times Waterford Michigan

Go Green Home Services provides a great product (Gutter Glove) as a distributor. Unfortunatly, their ability to provide any type of warrenty or product service repair or adjustments are a nothing more than empty promises.

I have contacted the owner, Randy, multiple times to fix and install a water flow channel seperator above my front door so that I don't have a water fall on my porch after installing the Gutter Glove product. 

After multiple contacts, he sends someone out (after assuring me that he will be doing the work) to install the part. The part is a flimsy raw cut pience of sheet metal or plastic that was glued to my roof. This was installed after multiple contacts. Upon brushing off my gutter glove the channel guard came off.

I called Randy again and he said, "no problem, we will have it taken care of right away." I gave Randy 5 days after I was told that it would be done Monday or Tuesday. I called him on Thursday and I said that I wanted him to come fix it since he claims to be a licensed contractor. He said he would be out today (12/6/13).

He was not.

Prior to deciding to work with Randy and Go Green Home Services of Michigan/Gutter Glove of Michigan I had called multiple references and checked him and the company out. They all gave raving reviews. Again these reviews were for the product, not the services.

Due to the nature of the my issue, which is very minor, this should have been fixed and taken care of the right way the first time. 

At this point, I have zero confidence in the company's ability to do business and will not recommend Randy or Go Green Home Services/Gutter Glove of Michigan to anyone. 

This company is a rip off and is not able to deliever on some very simple and easy tasks as promised. All he, Randy, wants to do is get your cash, install the product and be done with you. Nothing more and nothing less.
