This company has ripped me off twice.   I cancelled my order after calling and calling and my frames had not arrived from manufacturer.  So, I called again and they were still not in.  I cancelled order.  One hour later I received an email stating that I was being charged a restocking fee because the frames just arrived.  Liars!

Second time I was ripped off I sent back frames that broke on me within one year of the warranty. Of course, they said they broke because of "wear and tare"    See email below

Of course I called and again - they are always right and the customer is always screwed.    I am contacting my american express card to see if they can help.
