Go Optic shady business

False advertisement and very shady return policy. Received the wrong pair of frames and upon returning them, I was given only 50% of my purchase. It took the company over ten days to get back to my to my attempts to get my refund and a full explanation of the money I was not getting back (still waiting).

You also are expected to tell the company to credit your credit car otherwise you will be given "credit store" that if you don't refuse, the company will keep after 60 days. Basically, it is like buying gift cards and letting them expire. Customer service is non-existent.
