I ordered gradient tinted lenses in a black frame. I called the Cust. Serv. # for help with ordering. The cust serv woman guided me through the order process. I thought this would protect me from getting ripped off, was I mistaken. I had read other reviews, which were mixed, so I thought by getting cust service to actually complete the order form with me there would be no problems.

But this has turned out to be nothing but aggravation. 1st- the lenses were not tinted dark enough. When I originally ordered the lenses and frame, I explained to the cust serv rep I wanted them as black as possible since the frame is black. I even explained that I actually saw them in the store. She told me no problem-well, they sent me GREY lenses.

2nd- the prescription gradient lenses were NOT INSTALLED in the frame,instead nonprescription lenses were in the frame. When I called, I was told to bring the frames to ANY EYEGLASS STORE (!) and have them replace the lenses. I got a return auth #, sent the frame and lenses back.

First there was no response- finally, after several emails, they claim that I made "assumptions" about the merchandise. I again explained that their cust service ordered the glasses with me. There were no assumptions. Their response is that I can pay them additional money and have them tint the lenses again (with no guarantees of quality or satisfaction) and pay shipping again (for the 3rd time)- or I can pay restocking fees and not get any of my money back for the lenses, which they screwed up. They made the mistakes. They refuse to fix their mistakes.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. LISTEN TO THE MANY, MANY DISSATISFIED customers .
