Godish.com charged my CC $79.99 to install Dish Net after being told no charge. Refuse to remove Internet

I called Dishnet in March 09 to replace my Direct TV. I told them I wanted the East & West coast networks. I was told I could have these & 100 or so other channels for less than $40 and there would be NO installation fee. After installation the installer gave me a number to call to get my networks. There I was told I,d have to wait 35 days to get the networks. the same month I received my CC statement with a charge of $79.99 from godish.com and $48.99 from all american direct. I called godish.com & never got anyone to answer. Called all american direct & was told that charge was for NBC for a year and the other networks would be similar fees. I called my CC to object to the $70.99 charge. They credited me the next month. Today I got a call from the CC company saying Godish.com insists it's a ligitamit charge. I spent 3 hours trying to call them on the number given to me by the CC company. All I get is a repeated recording that I'm being transfered to customer service which no one ever answered. Dish Net denies even knowing who could be charging me.
