I called godish.com to have dish network installed thinking that they were dish net work. I was helped by a man who's name i cant remember and proceeded to negotiate sattelite service. i was told of a promotional offer of getting cinnemax for a penny a month if you allowed them to withdraw money from your bank account directly for monthly service. I told the person I spoke with that i do not use direct withdraw because of the chance of overdraft and will not allow them to do so. I was told that I would be able to get cinemax for a penny as long as I sighed on as a direct withdraw customer but I could tell the installer to have me switched billing by mail upon installation and keep the cinnemax for a penny a month. When the tech came to my house and installed i signed the contract and asked him to have me swiched to mail billing he said he didnt know anything about that and for me to call customer service which has been a nightmare I have been run around in circles and spent hours on hold when godish took the reduced sum of 24.99 from my account for installation and refunded it as promised i used my debit card a few times and a few days later i was disgusted to see that they took the funds again causing me to overdraft by over 150.00 they have run me in circles to dish network back to them from nperson to person for a week and a half and i was told by every single person that i would be liable for a cancelation fee of 15.00 a month for the 2 year contract i was stuck with. As you canimagine i was outraged but that made me more persistant and after 2 hours on the phone after work i was finally able to get dish network to cancel my service without any fees but the rep i spoke with told me that dish network is not responsible for anything their cronies do to the customers that sign with them including the money i am out so i have been on the phone over an hour trying to get a hold of customer service to dispute the money they took but have yet to speak to a single person I am convinced that they know my number and have me blackballed on some kind of list that runs me through an endless circle of games that I do not deserve I want to take action against godish.com but dont know where to start . I want to be reimbursed for the 500 celluar minutes i used i want reimbursement for the hours i spent fighting these thieving liars and still have not gotten this nightmare taken care of. does any one know what I can do about this I am pissed off and will fight them to the end

after about 800 minutes of cel phone time and two weeks of rage and frustration i finally got them to cancel service and not charge me anything . goddish.com did in fact lie to me to get me to sign and were so shady that I am still considering legal action against them. Dish service sucks their DEALERS RETAILERS, areliars and thieves who only care about screwing the little guy. I consider this matter resolved but still STRONGLY reccomend staying far far away from these thieves.
