I opened an account with Gofundme.com for a homeless funraiser that I was doing which provides packages for the homeless in our community for Christmas. The name of my organization is called The Reyna project. When I opened the account people started sending donations right away as people know me and trusted me with these. After a few days I noticed that the donations were not hitting my bank. I tried to reach Gofundme.com and they said they were sent. I called my bank (which is a very reliable bank with a good reputation) and they said that the payments were never sent. I then contacted Gofundme.com and asked them for a phone number where I could call and get ahold of someone regarding this situation and was immediately sent out an email saying they only handle accounts thru email. I told them I had been trying to call the 1-855 number for 2 hours.  The said that I had the wrong bank information and needed to provide it again, so i did. I wanted another few days and still nothing in my bank account. I then contacted them yet again thru "Live chat" and the representative was extremely rude to me and said that I still had my bank account information wrong and needed to change it yet again. I told him what the other lady had told me before and he said "she was wrong and quit arguing with me". It had now been over 2 weeks since they recieved $510.00 for this fundraiser and I have not recieved any of it even though i have provided the same bank account information 3 times and contacted them and my bank 3 times. I know am faced with the reality that I will now need to go to the District attornies office and file charges against this company- Please do not send them any of your money as they will not give it to whomever is trying to get it for what ever foundation they are needing it for. So now I have to take down all links for the homeless project and can not get the packages in time for Christmas- This is a terrible company!

I hope that you were able to login to see that we've cleaned Here's a reminder up the account. We've re-activated the "April Reyna" campaign through GoFundMe and deleted all the other accounts that are not linked to any payment processing.

I see that you were able to login and link new bank information. A withdrawal is scheduled to initiate in tonight's processing to the Bank of America account ending in 1497. Please allow 2-5 business days for the funds to arrive in your account, depending on your bank's processing speed. Thank you for your patience.
