 Have been a loyal customer to Gold Coast Cadillac for last few years. Have never had issues with purchasing or repairs through their service department. That's why this recent situation bothers me the most because it feels as though they have no loyalty to their customers. Had car in for service week before last. Windshield was fine when I bought car in that morning. Took a ride along w the manager after they checked the car in. Ride along was to see if we can duplicate the sound I was hearing. So after ride along we take car back to shop. I leave and come back later that day to pick up my car. I leave the dealership and as soon as I reach the next stop light I see a vertical crack on windshield about 10" long. Very noticeable. I called dealership and took it right back. Service tech got service manager who right away said ". Oh that was their earlier thought you knew that". Well it wasn't their earlier and they had no record of whoever checked car in noticing the crack. So pretty much was blown off and told me they are responsible and they don't lie. Well I guess they are telling me I'm a liar then cause that crack was not there and it was very noticeable and would have seen it cause it was right to my right side of vision. Tried to resolve through BBB w management but they got upset that I had posted a comment prior to our speaking on an online business review site. Told them I'd be glad to take down post and I had placed it prior to us talking through BBB. No response they are now just going on any reviews I left amd making negative comments about me. So all over a windshield that they cracked and we could have avoided all of this but they choose not to. If you ask me this is very poor business practices and surprised they would act like this since they represent a premium
