I feel sick just thinking about what fools my husband and I were to have signed up with GCR and actually believed that we would be able to vacation the way they had promised and I feel sicker still when I pay the credit card company every month for the debt we incurred to take this on. Thousands of dollars! Thousands of our precious dollars so that now we can't even afford a vacation becaise anything they offer is NOT AS PROMISED. They are not 4 & 5 star properties, they are not in good places, they are not as reasonable as they promised and we could do better at these places, if we wanted them, on our own. There is no one to speak to with any authority and they keep promising to let this woman who is supposed to be the "person to talk to", Porterfield I think, and she never, ever, ever has returned one phone call. If they were really a reputable company, someone with some authroity to do something would make themselves available to hear us out and to offer a refund, so obviously they are crooks who have no intention of hearing our complaints or doing anything about them or the right thing, a return of our money. I guess we will just have to sue them. 'Fortunately one of us is an attorney but still, this isn't they way we want to spend our time. We'd rather be at the beach! If anyone else will step forward and join us, perhaps we will get some action going!!!
