June 25, 2009. While i was working with my computer suddenly my computer infected by kind of Torjan file some time around 20.00 pm local time. I tried to scan it and solve the problem with antivirous on my computer, but i couldn't to remove the Torjan file. Some how i've got a message on my computer, which i have to use personal antivirous. I followed the steps and i came to the point which i had to purchase the license of software first.
I paid $59.95 for period of one year to use the software. By the same time i paid for the software via credit card i got access to software and i could remove the Torjan files and problem was solved.
Also i got a text message from the local bank, which showed credit card was debited and Gold software store was credited. I could use the Personal Antivirous only for one day and since then i don't have any access to the shortcut of Personal Antivirous.
So far i have sent them three e-mails and i was trying to inform them about the problem but no reply till now.
below you can find the e-mail i've got from them by time of purchase the software.

hereby i would like to inform you that, i received several e-mails from the company's customer service concering their products. They were trying to convince me to use the same product again but i didn't accept it as i had installed another product on my computer. Finally they had refunded the total amount and money was in the account while ago.

to day July 1, 2009, i've got an e-mail from the support team of the company and they ask me to follow their instruction to activate the software, but i don't want to use their software anymore as it is not reliable and requested for full refund.
