Purchased a Kirby Vacuum Model Sentrig II 71208803508 . Paid in full. Tried contacting salesman Pedro Hernandez and company. No repsonse from Company or Sales Person Pedro ( cell number 860-881-3290) . System failed to work and I paid cash in full for a supposedly qualtity system that has failed to work. All part and attachments have not be used. System is as delivered.
