The rules to their rewards program is constantly changing making it impossible to actually use any of the loyalty points you've earned good towards money off their "Hot Deals". At first it was anytime, anywhere you could use the discount codes.  Then they blocked out probably 75% of the courses that you could use the discounts on.  Then you had to book more than three days in advance which negates the ENTIRE point of booking a "Hot Deal" since these 'deals' get cheaper the closer you get to the time slot... three days in advance the prices are just regular rate. Now they're saying you can only use it during Monday through Friday.  And finally it's down to ONLY after 12pm... on Monday through Thursday... Three days in advance... and on only about 25% of the courses they list.

Also, they've had promo codes you enter at checkout to earn additional points.  Those points never show up, in either email or on your account page on the website.  It's a scam to get you to book a time assuming you'll get a discount later but then they never send you the codes.

So then you won't to talk to somebody because by this point you're obviously pretty upset.  Good luck.  If you click the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page it gives you two options.  First option dumps you into your Previous Reservation Page to show you a list of previous tee times.  Second option is their FAQ section.  One of the first 'questions' is "How do I contact Customer Support" and the site suggest the best way is to use their "Online Chat" method.  There is NO ONLINE CHAT on the website - at all.  It's not like theirs a link that doesn't work - there's absolutely ZERO anything about "Online Chat".

In short.  They promise you deals, make it impossible to use them and offer no way of contacting them.

Golfnow WAS once a good site.  Someone or some Company took over and it's nothing but a scam.  They used the good relationship they once had with their customers to exploit that loyalty by selling empty promises.
