When I purchased my automobile through this dealership, I elected to purchase an extended warranty. Two years later, I cancelled the extended warranty (it was originally for 7 years)and the dealership refuses to refund me my prorata share of the cancelled policy which I paid $1875.00 for and which the dealership is legally obliged to do as we have a written, signed legally binding contract.

According to the warranty company's legal department, the dealership owes me $800 but refuses to refund my money.

These are the most dishonest, deceptive, cheating people I've dealt with and I will make it my job in life to put them out of business so that they will no longer be able to ripoff anyone else.

However, what they don't realize is that I work for attorneys and one of the perks is you get free legal service. See you in Court, you deceptive, conniving, cheating, lying you know what!

I want to take this opportunity to let everyone know that Gonzaba Autoplex has now 100% satisfied my concern. I now believe the only problem I had was with the person with whom I had the initial contact. However, once the appropriate personnel became aware of my concern, it was TAKEN CARE OF IMMEDIATELY and without hesitation. I would like to compliment Gonzaba Autoplex for their actions and because of their actions, I feel Gonzaba Autoplex treated me fairly and I have no further concerns with Gonzaba Autoplex.

What rita failed to mention in her report is that she bought an extended warranty from a company that went out of business. We didn't know who was responsible for the refund and we were glad to pay her refund.



We here at Gonzaba Autoplex conduct business in a professional manner. We would rather keep a customer happy rather than worry about who is responsible to re-pay a refund.



I personally find her comments very cruel and wrong for to even write something like this...

Again, she didn't mention that she has been re-funded.
