Gordon & Wong Amy Gordon Beware of Gordon and Wong San Francisco, California

Gordon and Wong represent Asset Acceptance, LLC by collecting on judgments that were obtained by using an unlawful proof of service in order to obtain a judgment from the court.  In addition, they sub-served an unknown individual and mailed it to an address that I did not live at.  They did not notify me of any complaint.  They went into court and obtained a default judgment.  I was unaware of the complaint and judgment.  1 1/2 years later they go to the court to obtain an earnings withholding order and begin to garnish my wages. 

I have attempted numerous times to contact their attorneys by phone and email and have left messages advising them that I had no knowledge of the complaint or judgment.  They served someone at an address that I had not lived at for 6 months prior.  They conveniently do not return phone calls or emails.  I have also tried to contact Asset Acceptance and keep getting someone in India that says to call Gordon and Wong.  This type of practice is outrageous and unprofessional for a law firm or any company for that matter.  Please let me know if others have had problems or issues with Gordon and Wong.  I already can see that Asset Acceptance has numerous complaints lodged against them.
