My name is tony vera Echevarria a x friend named GORGEOUS DIGITAL Alexandeia Trompon know as venice311 i was the mgr at 1902 pacifc ave venice ca i got her a apt with her 2 dogs no dogs but i l tryed to help her i am gay so u all know i paid her over $2500 to make a new tonyvera.com web site she is good at web sites she got mad at me and took my site off line i sent her 2 emails to fix it she called my boss told him lies about me say i am Harassment her he was a good frined for over 15 years he took her side all the way i sent over $ 8000 for Security Cameras and a DVR and a roof cam she has all the softwere and will not give it back my boss hates me she told him she would get a restraining order on me so now i had to sue he santa monica courthouse 1725 main st room 116 santa monica ca 90401 04/20/12 time 130 pm dep wes r oom 218 my site was making some $ she took it off ilne i had to pay to get it back up good money lost my Forum videos fans lets see what the court will do its all true i will let you all know what the court did

$1.3 million for Recycled Percussion drummer Justin Spencer wins in court and sees all charges dropped
2010 Drummerszone.compublished: August 26, 2010 01:01 | USA | source: drummerszone.comJustin Spencer, bandleader of Recycled Percussion, has won a $1.3 million judgment against his former business partner Alexandria Thompson. Justin Spencer also had all criminal charges against him dropped related to theft and identity fraud allegations.
Alexandria Thompson had accused him of creating a separate bank account to steal money from Recycled Percussion.
She filed a lawsuit against Spencer last year while Recycled Percussion, which also features Justin's cousin Ryan Vezina on drums an percussion, was competing in the popular NBC television show America's Got Talent.
News about Justin Spencer being investigated by police for fraud was made public just as the percussion group competed for the show's $1 million prize. Recycled Percussion eventually came in third.
Judge Kenneth Brown found that Alexandria Thompson was the one actually stealing from Recycled Percussion's parent company, called Shelter Management, Inc.
A team of private investigators hired by Justin Spencer's lawyers had discovered that Thompson was convicted of embezzling roughly $65,000 from a Texas photographer prior to her association with the band. Thompson, who had five aliases, got access to Recycled Percussion's finances while still under a court order in the Lone Star state, which prohibited her from having any involvement in company finances
Justin Spencer's lawyer Cathy Green says:"It's been an extreme ordeal for Justin - both in the criminal and civil cases - and he's extremely relieved that the truth has finally come out and that he has been vindicated."
