Government Contracting Online Advertising Agreement Scam with Procurement Specialist John Starr New Port Richey Florida

I was just going through some older paperwork and I came across this SCAM and I am still upset on what a blatant rip-off this company implemented. I was a government contractor and I was not making my annual sales quota. Along can John Starr with Government Contracting Online. He had a special deal he could offer me but I had to act today. He guaranteed my phone would ring off the hook with sales and I would be crazy to pass up this deal. To be able to hold the deal he needed my credit card number. He emailed over the contract to prove that I had received it. I was just reviewing it but all they wanted was 72 hours for the cancellation period to pass. then you are screwed. I never agreed to the contract and I never signed the contract, but they know what they are doing. I tried to charge it back with American express but under some clause in the contract. I received no sales or phone calls from their service. Their contract offered another FULL page ad for free for a year. That never happened either. As I stated, I am still upset on how blatant this company rips people off.
