GPM MERCHANDISE DIRECT Un-Authorized Credit Card Charge Internet

A Pre Authorized Transaction Charge in the amount of $25.85 was posted to my Visa Card on 12/14/10 at 5:19am. This makes it a Pending Charge. I get an email displaying my card balance and the Pending debit amount to be charged against my card. I immediately called the "800" number listed after the company name to verify the charge. I was told it was for a seen on TV website called BuyPetMeds.com from 10/15/10. I authorized no charge from this company and after searching their account database I had no account or order placed.

I was told I had to wait for the package to arrive; then refuse the package before I could get a refund. I then called my credit card company and was told because the charge was Pending, they could not do anything until my card is actually charged.
