Granbury Restaurant Solutions Austounding failure to deliver and denial of truth Grapevine, Texas

I have never experienced a dealing with company as bad as this one. Granbury's Coffee Shop Manager POS is TERRIBLE in so many ways. This POS is hard to use, difficult to set up, hard to make changes with new items or add specials or coupons and so many more issues. I was constantly having trouble with the system and each time it was down it was costing me money.

To make matters even worse, I upgraded to their "on line system 9 months ago after Fred Dilkes the company's Vice President personally assured me that he would ensure my satisfaction with the new and very expensive mobile ordering upgrade.Fully 9 months later and they never have delivered the product I paid for!!! Now they refuse to refund the money I paid for a product they did not deliver! Absolutely unbelievable! I have spoken directly with VP Fred Dilkes on several occasions and he acts like he knows nothing about my problem and refuses to refund my money even after multiple emails and phone calls. Fred blocked my phone and ignored emails and all my reasonable requests to refund my money. 

Have a look at these guys on yelp, google and anywhere else its hard to find anyone who has anything good to say! These guys are rip off artists and deserve a shot of truth from Rip off Report.
