It was over 100 degrees and humidity was 90%. He shows up in a black 3 piece suit wearing a full length overcoat. I am surprised they let him in a he looked like a pimp with all the jewelry that chumps like us paid for.

I have an old address for Jarrett Pratt that he used to order Vintage props from a supplier. It is Jarret Pratt-Lifetime Studios 14915 Watermill Lakes Trail, Midlothian VA 23112. Phone is 804 897-8484.This order was shipped to Walter Teal. Walter Teal Photography, 14017 Sterling Point Drive, Gainesville VA 20155. I do not know Walter Teal or if he is involved with these scammers.
They are not registered as a corporation in any of the 15 or so states I researched. They do not have sales tax permits and are usually charging an illegal 15-20% sales tax.

They will set up whenever and wherever they can scam people into booking the daycares, photographers into shooting them and passers into selling the photos. They will pay you the first few times, but not what was promised. Then they get later and later and then the checks bounce. I have copies of bounced checks.
I have contacted a few local authorities about them and they could care less. So you are on your own-steer clear of these guys if you don't want to feel violated.
