Granite Transfermations uses threat tactics on their own employees to not disclose to their own customers the actual square foot price. They claim that it's because each kitchen has it's own unique situation. Really that's why they use a tape measure to figure out the square foot and pressure the sales staff to sell it at 100.00 per square foot. My god that's well above far superior competitors products. I know of a warranty claim that was refused and they blamed the customer. The franchise in Des Moines does not even exist, they had a highly decorated veteran running all sales out of his car with no training and telling him to lie about having an office and installers. They will not be making the counter tops in Des Moines so if you order from them it better be perfect or it's another two months of being disappointed. Of course if you ever have a warranty claim how on earth will they fix it without being able to make you new top locally. I guess if you chose to due business with this non existing company in Des Moines be prepared to be screwed like Granite Transgormations did to all the employees from the 100th and Douglas location in Des Moines. They with no notice closed the office and then told the state of Iowa that all the employees quit so Granite Transformations was not on the hook for all the employees unemployment benefits. Could a company be more unethical or improper or a better example of no loyalty the their employees who live in Des Moines. This is a company of greed and dishonesty, there are several ethical companies in long and goof standing that are locally owned. I encourage you to not hire this company and support your local businesses instead of sending your hard earned money to their headquarters in Mirmar Florida.

So the shorted my check, called it a slight oversight..lol and then sent the corrected amount to the wrong address. Are they morons or game players? I pick game players, read all the comments across the country of uncompleted jobs, no return calls, unprofessional sales people and tactics. They give a bad name to legit company's in Des Moines. Go away and back to Italy were screwing people is accepted. In America companys earn your business by sound ethics and good practices. This is a scummy JV out of country joke. Throw them out your house.

spend five minutes reviewing pissedoffcustomer.com and you will run from this company. Amazing how many places close like Des Moines Iowa and the same story, customers didn't know and employees found out that day. Like the one compliment wrote right off the GT sales manual, how unethical to in desperation write your own fake reviews. Let common sense after seeing this sight guide you. Maybe in other areas GT is the only option but in Des Moines they are one of many. Spend you money locally on your next kitchen or bath.

Yes I was told to just go home like everyone else in Des Moines. No experienced installers are coming back because we all know that since te are cutting corners and not making the counter tops in Des Moines any more it will be a mess. Word is the new sales people are commission only and the installers are not hourly but paid by the installed square foot. Wouldn't that mean no employees just all sub contractors? What quality person in sales or installation will they attract? Stay away from Granite Transformations is my best advice they don't care about people just money. Nice commercials wonder how they can afford them? Oh subcontractors who they claim are employees. And yes they are priced by the square foot like everyone else and you ant sell below 85 ever which is way over priced.
