GRC WINSOR PILATES ripoff Los Angeles California

Well i saw GRC WINSOR PILATES on tv one sunday. so i called just wanting to loose some belly fat. At first the Rep was very friendly she offered me to continue to use GRC WINSOR PILATES. i delined advising i only wanted to get the one package with the cirle. She politley said ok well you will be shipped out this package only. Keep in mine the rep asked me if i wanted dvd or vhs. i advised dvd.

Recived my package in two weeks with two vhs. called them to advise and there recording keept hanging up on me stating all customer service reps are busy. I gave up after trying for days so had to pull my tape player from storage.

So maybe a month later 6/16/06 i look at my account and there is a charge for 46.85 from GRC WINSOR PILATES i called there customer service #. the first time i called recording says all reps are busy and hung up. Second time i called i was on hold for 30 mins. A polite young man answered asking how can he help me. I advised him that when i first ordered there service i just wanted the one material and i advised him that when rep asked me if i wanted to continue using service and be billed 20.00 a month i told her no. He said im sorry but that is not an option to cancel on first call. HE said ok i can close your account or extend it for 60 days to try out the new tapes i told him no.

I asked him when my funds will be credited back to my account he said it might take up to 3-5 weeks. i have to wait until i recive the package send it back with a return # and recepit. where i will get the reciept i dont know... I will never suggest anyone to call and order a material if your just wanting to try one product because they will take money from you without knowlegde. Now im inconvienced and i have to wait a month to get 46.85 back in my account which was needed for bills. unhappy customer
