Great Directions is a terrible company. Please be aware and try other companies. Scott Moore comes across as really nice, but has no integrity, and in the end does NOT care about you, and is only interested in taking your money.

The company specializes in PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) therapy. In theory this works, and has been well documented for decades. There are lots of companies out there doing these treatments, so shop around, but give this company, and this horrid man a very wide berth.

They cancel appointments, even at the last minute. They use unqualified people to do treatments and don't even tell you, which causes immense pain, even through the numbing cream they use. He bullies his staff in front of clients. This man and the company also drop paid treatments of your account and says they have expired, even though the expiry date should move with THEIR cancelled appointments.

Don't try and contact them and have discussions about things you are not happy with. You will NOT get a response. Scott Moore and Annalyn Lagrisola seem to be the two main people running this shonky outfit.

Please, please, please DO NOT use this company. Save yourself the grief, time and money, and don't believe all the reviews on the site. One of the staff who I got on with really well said that there are many of them that have been FAKED. DO NOT TRUST THEM. He is also NOT qualified and has had legal action taken against him before.
