We were contacted numerous time via telphone to attend a 90 minute presentation with NO obligation to purchase. Made a point of stating that we did not want to attend a high-pressure sales event. We were assured again and again that there was no pressure to purchase. Both of us traveled to attend this 'sales pitch' and attended in GOOD FAITH. At the event, we spent way more than the 90 minutes promoted and evaluated what was offered and decided it was not a good fit for our travel patterns. Granted, it wasn't high-pressure compared to some things we have participated in but.... there was at least three different attemps to "get us to SIGN up for something. We were given a "Certificate" Wings 22 with an official sounding number and told we would pick two different dates for our "FREE" tickets which we needed to pay a TAXES and handling fee of $50 per person sent by Certified mail, and USPS Money Order to "CERTS" which coinsidentaly has a very similar address to the first communication we received (I have ALL documentation). In addition, we were asked for an additional $25 per person for fees because the destination we chose is higher in cost. This additional $50 was sent again by certified mail / USPS PostalMoney order (FOOLS) We supplied all that (being the fools we are and trusting in good ole American honesty). Since, we have been offered a refund (which I understand from reading other's notes on this compay is not quickly forthcoming) and NO tickets. We want our tickets. We fulfilled out commitment by attending and considering your offer in good faith and NOW we want what you promised!
