This company is nothing more than a big scam. They prey on insecure, hopeful & even desperate people who are willing to do anything to find their perfect mate. They tell you that they will match you to your true partner, via psychological tests & match criteria that you select.

What they basically do is take your money (a big chunk of change), take your pictures, upload them, let you then pay for the privilege of going online to see if you've been selected or if anyone that you selected showed interest and leave you alone.

When I realised that I was being scammed, due to a friend who had also signed up with them at a far lower price than me, I wrote to them trying to cancel as I was less than impressed with the calibre of men available & not being told about alternate payment options. No response.

I called and told them to immediately stop drafting the $19.95/monthly online fee as i wanted nothing more to do with their scandalous organisation, and was told this would be done, and yet it still drafted the next month. I called and told them that one of the members who I dated for a brief period of time actually had a criminal record including domestic violence, and was told by Heather in membership that she personally checks all members and asked me for his name. I told her that he got mad at me when he found out I had done this so the last thing i need is for him to know I reported him to them as he knows where I live and I dont need to be worrying about him showing up on my doorstep. I also stated that as they had not fulfilled their contractural obligations to me by performing the background checks as they had lured me with initially then my contract was null and void and i wanted a refund. I was told I would never get a penny back.

I have written to consumer affairs in the hope that someone will consider a class action lawsuit against this rip off organisation who portrays themselves to be the most caring & considerate bunch of people till you sign and pay your money then you wont hear anything from them again.
