I'm a disabled veteran with multiple physical injuries and major depression and suffering from a mood disorder. I hired this firm, but after they found out my case wasn't just a matter of filing paperwork, they dropped me as a client. I was obviously upset, and made contact with them so as to let them know. Rather than compassion for a disabled person, I was met with condescending word's and was told I was not very good at my last job since I was applying for ssi.

This from a managing partner at the firm. He lost his cool while dealing with me because I was upset, (this mostly because of my disability ). I informed Mr Toomey I would be filing a complaint with the state bar, this seemed to have made him angry as he told me it would be a waste of time because my complaint would not go anywhere, this as he proceeded to chuckle. This is not the kind of behavior that one would expect from a professional lawyer.

My conversation was recorded, and I am in the process of filling a complaint with the ARDC, this because I'm still in shock, triggering, and unable to sleep because of how upset this guy made me feel by his actions and words. This because this firm is soliciting veterans and I can't stand by and let this ridiculous firm ripp off any of my fellow vets.
