GREEN TREE HOUSING GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC Abusive calls, 15 times or more a day. Harrassing, degrading people, Threating, Just plain RUDE! RUDE! Abusive Threating Calls, 15-20 calls per day. Hang-ups, when we would answer they would be laughing in the background and hang up and 10 minutes later call again. Lexington, Kentucky

The story on Fox "Hounded to Death" from Green Tree Abusive Calls, is all to familiar. My husband had 2 heart attacks from the stress from their calls, but he is still with me, we were 3 payments behind and we played their games and was in foreclosure and had the money and then when we called they would add on more late charges, attorney fees until it got up to 10,000.00 and we quit the game. We lost our home of 10 years and thousands of dollars in all the work and upgrades we did on our home and 3 acres.
we were called 15 to 20 times a day by Alice even after explaining our situation, they would still call and, be abusive, and threating with foreclosure. they would call and when we would answer, they would laugh in the background and hang up and 10 minutes later they would start again. this went on from 9 am to 9 pm. 6 days a week
Something has to be done about this! it is to late for us, we already lost our home, but there are others out there in the same situation as we were. this is wrong and hurting and ruining peoples lives.

Whoever you are, let me tell you its against FEDERAL LAW for any collections agency to call you more than one time a day if they speak to you. If they call and the phone rings and rings they may call back.
Every time they call and speak to you once, thats it.
If this has been going on for a while, you got a boat load of cash coming, sue the hell out of them. If you're telling the truth, go borrow a twenty spot and start recording every call from them with the date. You'll win big.

If those folks would of called me every 15 minuites a day I would of cussed them out like a sailor then I would of called the phone company to change my # and request the new # be unlisted and unpublished. I'm glad your # it seems to me that these folks are a bunch of assholes

This is consider harassment calling every 10-15 minuites everyday . If any collection agency did that to me I would call my phone company about putting a block on thier # or if it shows unknown name or # I would have the phone company imform the caller who blocks thier #s that you do not take calls from blocked calls or you can do this I would have my # changed and have it unpublished
