GREENDOT CORPARATION AKA GREENDOT MONEYPAK WILL NOT REFUND MY STOLEN MONEY AND THE EXCUSE THEY GIVE IS BECAUSE "THE SCAMMER USED IT ALREADY" Pasadena California

I simply bought and filled a Greendot Moneypak card with $200 from local CVS on 6/1/13 at 3:19pm according to my receipt. Not even 1-2 hours later as i got home, I attempted to fill the card onto my Paypal account and it stated insufficient funds of $0. I immediately call them and tell them of this issue. They told me they can see it was transferred to a prepaid account. I said that is impossible i literally just bought this card and i also do not have a prepaid card with them. They explain they will open an investigation they may take 5 business days. I spoke with at least 3-4 representatives and they all state the same thing. So i wait and a few days later i get a call stated they could not pull the $200 from the scammer's account and therefore there is nothing they can do. They cannot refund my money. I go on stating that is complete bull. You can see with your own eyes that it was immediately stolen from me and transferred into an account that is not mine but cannot refund my money. It is not my fault that there is a large number of fraudulent activities going on with your products that a customer can just buy the product and immediately be a victim of fraud. Doing research, There is a HUGE amount of complaints of customer's that this has happen to. Obviously, You guys have pathetic security on your products and scammers know that. Since, You guys basically sit back and allow this to happen to thousands of customer you SHALL be responsible of paying back the damages stolen from customer's while purchasing this product. I demand my $200 back that was stolen from me immediately after buying this product. I demand my money back or i will expose this company in court. I already filed a police report. Also, I will not rest until i expose this company across the internet and make sure nobody will purchase a Greendot/Moneypak service ever again. This company is absolutely pathetic to tell a customer they will not refund stolen money because the the scammer used it already. Ridiculous i want my money back! They should be responsible in paying back the damages done to me while simply buying their product. Instead of being cheap and acting like children and not adults trying to tell a customer they cannot retreive the funds back from the scammer so it's nothing they can do, As legit owners of a business a refund should have been awarded to me immediately with an apoligy. Of a freaking scammer took stolen funds off the card as quickly as possible. Freaking ridiculous man! I filled a report with the BBB, A police report, And now here. I doubt this company will own up there too idiotic, Can anyone help me get my money back????
