Greentree Lending I receive so many harassing phone calls in a day that I can't keep track. They call on Sunday and Holidays!! Saint Paul Minnesota

I hope this report does not fall on deaf ears. I hope that someone can help me and others that are going through the same thing that I am. Green Tree, it's employees and their company has to be stopped.

I have had a loan through them for 7 and a half years now and it has been nothing but pure hell in dealing with them. Their satelite offices close so I never know where they are or where to send a payment which causes my payment to be behind a day or two. Starting harrassing phone calls.

I have dealt with being called everything. I have been told that I must be lazy and incompetant because I am on disability. Not so, I injured my back severly at a machine shop. And have a head injury from an inmate while working as a prison guard. Social Security finds me disabled. But still they make me feel useless when they get done.

I had one guy two years ago threaten me that if I did not make my payment he had a gun and was going to come shoot me...can you believe that one?

The best was this Christmas and New years Eve. I was so harassed and then they started calling my son and asking him if the wheels and hitches were still on my double wide. He and I got so many phone calls the two weeks it was awful. He told them he did not live with me did not live in the same city. He finally told them to come and get the house.

After I made my payment I asked for a transcript of all the phone calls that were made and of course I was denied.
