Several YEARS ago, I attended a real estate investor conference where various speakers gave presentations and there was also an expo in the adjoining hall. This guy, Grey Gardner, and his company, We Buy Houses, was there. I stopped by his booth and left my card to get additional info on what he was offering.
Now, YEARS later, he continues to SPAM my inbox with all sorts of crap email and 'dont miss out', 'you must read this', 'fantastic last opportunity' offers, etc. Even though I have politely asked to be removed from the mailing list several times, he continues to send me this unwanted, unsolicited email.
He and his company are the BIG reason real estate investing has such a bad name. They try every way possible to SUCK MORE MONEY out of your wallet, no matter what. They are like you-know-what that you step in which sticks to your shoe. It stinks, has no value and won't EVER go away. Total WASTE PRODUCTS.
Watch out! Do no deal with this company or this sleezeball, you will be subject to the same.
