Gregory Moore, Atlas Rooter and Plumbing Took $2600. deposit for plumbing work and never completed work, does not respond to calls, text, emails Phoenix Arizona

Gregory Moore signed a contract for $4000.00 and received $2600.00 down payment to repipe and reconnect sewer lines.  He refused to use a locator service to locate the sewer and dug large 6' holes all around my house and in the sidewalk.  After not locating the sewer he abandoned that project leaving hazardous open trenches and holes.  He then proceeded to start the repipe inside the house only to have stubbed plumbing in the wrong location and used drain pipes too large for the wall.

He now has abandoned the project completely.  I have repeatedly tried to call, text and e-mail him but he does not respond. I am reporting him to the Registrar of Contractors and am hiring a new plumber to fix the work.  Do not use Gregory Moore or Atlas Rooter and plumbing service.
