My niece, Lakisha
bus from Atlanta to Montgomery AL. was full. She missed her connection to Troy AL. Employees were rude as hell. What if tis was my mother or yours! I experienced something similar several years ago, but thought it was just a fluke. Grey hound has the worst service ever and the president neds to be fired because he obviously does not care about customers.

I purchased a ticket for my niece, Laisha on 2 AUG 2004. She went from Savvanah GA to Macon GA, to Atlanta GA. The bus leaving Atlanta to MONTGOMERY AL. was full which caused my niece to be stranded fro several hours in Atlanta. When she did finally arrive in MONTGOMERY, the bus to Troy had left.

The manager and employees in Montgomery were very rude and I personally experienced this type treatment in Montgomey several year ago.

Grey Hound has some of the worst and potentially dangerous business practices. The government should not allow them to operate.

What will happen when some one trust their mom or child will be o.k. riding on the bus. This is an issue that needs to addressed on national television because it is dangerous for citigens.
