Just a heads up to anyone out there who is contemplating becoming a vendor on Groopdealz/Eleventh Avenue or has been contacted to become one.
I WOULD NOT suggest it whatsoever. Do not fall for it and their spiel. I sell on several of the daily deal sites, and Groopdealz is the only one i have ever had any issue with. They do not send payments on time, their accounting department never responds to emails or voicemails, and they are completely unprofessional. They owe me a lot of money, and fail to pay. They are ripping off their vendors, and then the vendor gets customers emailing angry when they don't receive their order. This looks horrible on the vendors reputation, when in reality it is Groopdealz because they won't pay. Their customer service doesn't know that payments aren't being sent so they make you look like the bad guy.

Hello!
I am so sorry to hear you had a negative experience with our company. We did experience some issues but have since switched to a payment system called Dwolla, where payments are sent to vendors automatically. We, and all of our sellers, are loving this new system and they are all getting paid on time. We have had some accounting employee changes as well, so I can guarantee your experience would be more positive now. Again, I apologize for your previous experience.
