I got an 'urgent notice to collect a debt' that I did not owe. I called the number listed in the letter, but it was an automated voice that only wanted to collect the money. It was not possible to talk to a person. After the automation response, it was disconnected. The charge is $89.95 for an item that I bought and paid for at $39.78. I have no recourse since there is no way to contact anyone at the 'collection agency'. I do not want this to go on my credit report, so I need advise and help from someone!
