I declined an offer, for future saving on a product, they didn't except my declining of offer and charged my credit card any way, which I let credit card company know about and the credit card company removed it from my account. The credit card company checked out and reported it as fraud to me. Now I a recieve this collections letter. orginal balance of $14.97, GSCM is asking for $34.97.
