GULF COAST FENCING COMPANY TOOK MONEY DID NOT PUT UP THE FENCE I CALL THEM AND THEY ARE RUDE ACTING AS IF NOTHING HAPPENED Pensacola Florida

Tuesday 10th James Allen Sr. Came to Mr. & Mrs. G** House after his office was called for estimates, He came out & estimated the fence & Labor work would be $1,036.75

Mrs. G**s said to Sr. Someone at hurricane fence would do it for $925.00 so Sr. Said he would do it for $950.00 Mrs. G**s said to Mr. G**s in the presents of Sr. She prefer Sr to put up fence since he came out to the house.

He mentioned his Son James Allen Jr. and his Girlfriend Tabba had a baby and their car tore up on them and they needed Transportation and Sr. looked at a couple of trucks and blazers Mr. G**s was selling. James Seniors wife Called and mentioned they wanted to come out and test drive the blazer and wanted to know how much

it was Mrs. G**s told her 2,000 she said ok they was coming out. James Sr. Test drove it said it ran good so we agreed on $1,150.00 and $850.00 towards Fence and Mr.& Mrs. G**s would give him the other $100.00 April 19th 2007 Sr. Mentioned well James Jr. wouldnt get their income tax untill thursday or Friday James Sr. & James Jr. Came out Friday 13th To mark where the fence poles would go.

As soon as the Allens got done Seniors wife and juniors Gf came out to buy the blazer James Sr. Took the title to the bank to see if their was a lien on the blazer and he came back and gave Mr. G**s $1,150.00 & Sr. Mentioned he would go right then to get the materials to do our fence that day. & Sr. would lay poles down Sat. 14th

James Sr. & James Jr. would Stretch the fence Sunday 15th James Sr. & Tracy G**s Agree'd That the Blazer was sold as is and free of all liens & if anything was to happen to the blazer to bring it back to Mr. G**s cause he did the work on the blazer and Mr. G**s wouldnt have a problem looking at it. Tabba & James Jr. Left with blazer James Sr. Left to get materials.

James Sr.Came back later that day to let us know he has the materials and the blazer was leaking oil but not that much, & its still running good. Mr. G**s said when you come to put up fence Sat 14th have James Jr. Bring the blazer so he can look at the blazer Sr. looked where the blazer set & he mentioned theirs not any oil on the ground to Mr. G**s, James Sr. Told Mr. G**s Dont worry about it Thats something to be expected when you buy stuff As is.

Sr. Came out Sat. 14th Remarked where the fence pole's would be burried Sr. Mentioned it was suppose to rain that day & Couldnt lay pole's due to rain, Sr. Said His
Trailer bearings locked up on his trailer & couldnt bring Materials & it would be Monday 16th OR Tuesday 17th cause his trailer was in the shop getting fixed.

Mr. Givens Called Mr. Sr & Sr. Stated the Blazer was in the shop at John Austin's on 12th Ave. & He wasnt going to put up the fence until he found out how much it is going to cost him to fix the blazer Sr. Said he would get back with us. Sat. 21st he came out to our house Claiming he had $220.00 so far in mechanic bill & Sr. Said he wanted G**s to pay atleast half & half of whatever else it would cost to get blazer running. Mr. G**s Told Sr. I'm Sorry to hear about the blazer but it was as is and was running good when James Jr. Left with it.

Mrs. G**s Stated to Sr. on the porch "I dont understand why you took the blazer to a shop when my husband said to bring it back to him and he will look at it." Sr. wont tell us where the blazer is at & theirs no shop
on 12th Ave. Belonging to a john Austin!

Mr. & Mrs. G**s Dont have their fence or $850.00 Sr. & Jr. Have the Blazer Far as the G**s know the blazer is in running condition as it was when it left their house. Mrs. G**s Recorder the Conversation on the phone Mr. G**s & Sr. Was having about the blazer & the Agreement they had.

Sr. Stated the reason he didnt bring the blazer back to Mr. G**s was because he didnt Think Mr. G**s Knew what he was doing. Sr. Knew Mr. G***s did the work on the blazer Before Sr. Bought it.

Sr. Also Stated on the recording "IF YOU PI** ME OFF ANY MORE NOTHING IS IN WRITING FAR AS IM CONCERNED I BOUGHT THE BLAZER FOR $1,150.00 AND I WONT PUT UP THE FENCE"

Mrs. & Mr. Gi**s Tried to work with Mr. Sr. & be Fair & settle this out of court. Even Though the blazer was sold As is Mr. G**s offered to Look at the blazer and give Sr. Parts if any needed. Sr. Didnt want to work with G**s. Mr. G**s called Sr. to ask "where is the blazer on 12th Ave. cause my wife and I Cant find it" SR. Stated to Mr. G**s YOUR WASTING YOUR TIME!!!
