Gulfbay Magazine said i won a diamond watch and i entered a $100,000.00 dollar drawing .all i had to pay was shipping and handling stuck with a pile of mag idont read and fat bill of$ 265.76 for 6 to 8 months and sti Bloomington, Minnesota

I got a call on my cell phone and a guy with ancient said he was from gulfbay magazine and i was a winner of a daimond watch i had a choose of mans or a womens . then said as a bounes i have five magazines free for 18 months. but all i had to do was pay shipping an handling for the watch.$3.49  and that would be billed to me later and for one time ofter more magazines little to nothing,and i could cancel any time and still get to keep the watch and magazines at no charge . didn't hear anything for about a month got a bill for about 1,200.00 dollars. they took $66.79 off my card and have not seen the daimond watch.Just got mad called them tryed to cancel everything but all i got was a payment arangment of $265.76 for 6 to 8 months and all i wanted was to cancel the dam magazines witch they said i couldn't do at this time .
